Quartiers Properties appoints new expanded management team
The management team consists of:
Maria Cepero, born 1973 – CFO
Maria has over 20 years of experience in tax, legal and financial issues, and has worked as a consultant for companies such as Accenture and Symantec. Maria is an economist, registered at Malaga Economists Association with a degree in Business & Economic Science from the University of Granada in Spain. She has also studied at the University of Limerick and the Dublin Institute of Technology in Ireland.
Lars Åke Olofsson, born 1956 – Property Manager
Lars Åke Olofsson has been living in Benahavís since 1989 and is Quartiers’ Property Manager. Lars Åke used to be a politician with responsibility for urban planning and infrastructure in the municipality of Benahavís. He has many years of experience from working in managerial positions for companies such as Skanska, Tailor Woodrow de España and Tailor Wimpey.
Henric Person, born 1988 –Head of Property Management
Henric has held leading positions at hotels and restaurants in Sweden and internationally, including as hotel manager at Falkenberg Strandbad, which was named best Luxury Spa Resort in Europe 2017 by World Spa Awards under his management. He has also worked at The Little Nell, a five-star/five-diamond hotel in Aspen.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Endicott College, Beverly, MA, a Swiss Hotel Diplome and Associate of Business Administration, Food and Beverage Operations from Les Hotel Management School at Bluche, Switzerland.
Antonio Díaz-Barceló, born 1965 – Investor Relations, Spain
Antonio has over 25 years of experience from working in Spain’s financial sector, and has managed real estate investments worth more than EUR 20 billion. He has worked for Deloitte, ABN AMRO in Madrid and London, and for BBVA as an analyst and auditor. He has also served as the bank director of Sareb, worked with corporate development and strategy at Acciona and Quabit Inmobiliaria, been a board member of Bestinver SASVB, Marina Port Forum and Rayet Geriatricos and served as the president of Georgetown Club of Spain. Antonio has a degree in engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UNED, an MBA from Georgetown University and a PhD cum laude from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
